I’ve always liked cats but became an avid cat lover when, as an adult, I adopted my first cat that would be an in-door cat. ¬†You gain a deeper appreciate of cats … and they of you, when you’re ‘the one’ to it and it to you. ūüôā ¬†Their antics and ability to entertain themselves is amazing to me. ¬†They’re funny, cunning, smart, loving, and sometimes annoying. ¬†In fact, I have one named Sidney that I refer to as Mr. Annoying. ¬†He definitely has a mind of his own and is relentless. ¬†For example, I feed my cats in ceramic bowls (it’s supposedly better than plastic for bacterial purposes and, frankly, easier to clean). ¬†If his bowl is empty and he’s hungry, he will rock the bowl repeatedly, clinking it on the floor until I get up to fill it. ¬†This he does prior to 6:00 a.m. That’s just ONE of the annoying things he does but I love him anyway; it’s hard not to.
